Shopping Information

Can I change what I have ordered?

Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to amend it.

I have entered the incorrect shipping address, can this be changed?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be amended but if you Contact Us before it’s dispatched, we can cancel your order and you can place a new order with the correct address details.

I’m having trouble placing an order – can you help?

Definitely, It would be great if you could tell us exactly what error messages you see, please Contact Us and we will be happy to assist you.

How do I remove or change the quantity of an item in my basket?

You can change the quantity or remove items in your basket just by clicking on ‘My Basket’ at the top right of website. Then click on “View Basket”. Once in the ‘My Basket’, you remove any of the items or change the quantity at the side of each product. Once you have made your changes, click on ‘Update Basket’ to make sure the changes are updated.

How do I search for a specific product?

All you need to do is click on magnifier symbol at the top right of the screen and type in a keyword, brand or product type you are looking for.

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

At the moment we all orders are paid via Paypal. You don’t need to have Paypal account to use any credit or debit card to pay for your order. Simply click Paypal option at Checkout and use your credit/debit card.

Delivery Informations

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

Unfortunately we are not delivering to PO Box addresses.

What are your delivery services?

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes we do. All the details including how to qualify are on our Delivery Information page.

How do I track my order or find out what’s happening with my order?

Tracking your order is easy, once it’s dispatched we will send you an email that will have a link to the tracking website.

What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive on the expected delivery date?

If your order hasn’t arrived on the expected date, Contact Us.

I haven’t received all of my order?

There may be times when we’ll need to send out your order in more than one box- so it’s possible they will arrive at different times. We will let you know once your order is dispatched and you’ll be able to see on the dispatch email how many boxes and what is in each one. The dispatch email will also have a link to each of the box’s own tracking so you can keep an eye on your order’s movements.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item?

If for any reason your product arrives faulty or damaged, please Contact Us and we will arrange for you freepost label to send it back to us.

Part of my order has been cancelled, why is that?

On very rare occasions, we have to cancel items from orders due to stock levels not being as expected or where the item may have been damaged. This doesn’t happen very often and we will always drop you an email to let you know.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns procedure?

We hope you’ll love your 247MARKET order, but if you want to return any of it, we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resalable condition within 28 days of receipt.

This excludes the following:

  • perishable items (e.g. food and baby milk)
  • medicines items
  • personalised for you sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered)
  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How long does it take to get a refund?

As a guide you should receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving it at our warehouse.

Once your refund has been processed we will send you a ‘Refund Confirmation’ e-mail.

How will my refund be processed?

We will only refund using the same method you originally used to pay for your purchase.

How do I get a VAT Refund/Receipt?

The prices you see on the website are inclusive of VAT at the applicable local rates for the items you purchase and will be the price you pay when you checkout. Please note that some items are VAT exempt.
